Scope<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\nThese Terms and Conditions (T&#038;Cs) apply to all contracts for participation<br \/>\nin online courses concluded between [Your Name\/Your Company] (hereinafter<br \/>\nreferred to as &#8220;Provider&#8221;) and the participants (hereinafter referred to<br \/>\nas &#8220;Customer&#8221;).\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Conclusion_of_Contract_and_Right_of_Withdrawal\"><\/span>2. Conclusion of Contract and Right of Withdrawal<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 Conclusion of Contract<\/h3>\n<p>\nBooking a course via our website constitutes a binding offer by the<br \/>\nCustomer. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts this offer<br \/>\nby sending a booking confirmation via email.\n<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days<br \/>\nwithout giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from<br \/>\nthe day of the conclusion of the contract.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your<br \/>\nName\/Company, Address, Email Address]) of your decision to withdraw from<br \/>\nthis contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by<br \/>\npost or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but<br \/>\nit is not mandatory.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nTo meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your<br \/>\nnotification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before<br \/>\nthe withdrawal period expires.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Consequences of withdrawal:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments<br \/>\nreceived from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days<br \/>\nfrom the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal. The same<br \/>\npayment method used in the original transaction will be used for the<br \/>\nreimbursement unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.\n<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>\nThe right of withdrawal expires for contracts involving the delivery<br \/>\nof digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the Provider<br \/>\nhas begun the execution of the contract after the Customer has:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>expressly agreed that the Provider may begin executing the<br \/>\n      contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and<\/li>\n<li>acknowledged that by doing so, they lose their right of withdrawal<br \/>\n      once execution has started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Services_and_Appointments\"><\/span>3. Services and Appointments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 Provider Obligations<\/h3>\n<p>\nThe Provider undertakes to conduct the agreed teaching units punctually,<br \/>\nprofessionally, and according to the course description. If a teaching<br \/>\nunit is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Provider (e.g. technical<br \/>\nproblems, illness), a replacement date will be offered or the fee for the<br \/>\ncancelled unit will not be charged or will be refunded.\n<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 Appointment Binding and Customer Cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>\nBooked individual appointments are binding. Free cancellation or<br \/>\nrescheduling by the Customer is possible up to 24 hours before the<br \/>\nagreed start time in written form (e.g., by email). For later<br \/>\ncancellations or no-shows, the full fee applies, as the time is<br \/>\nexclusively reserved for the Customer.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Customer_Obligations\"><\/span>4. Customer Obligations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\nThe Customer is responsible for punctual participation and for a<br \/>\nfunctioning technical setup (stable internet connection, camera,<br \/>\nmicrophone, etc.). Technical disruptions or failures on the Customer\u2019s<br \/>\nside do not entitle them to a refund or a free rescheduling of the<br \/>\nappointment.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Contract_Term_and_Termination_of_Subscriptions\"><\/span>5. Contract Term and Termination of Subscriptions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>5.1 Minimum Term<\/h3>\n<p>\nSubscriptions are subject to the minimum contract period specified<br \/>\nduring the booking process (e.g., 1 month).\n<\/p>\n<h3>5.2 Contract Renewal and Termination<\/h3>\n<p>\nIf the subscription is not terminated before the end of the minimum<br \/>\nterm, it will be extended indefinitely. After this extension, the<br \/>\nCustomer may terminate the contract at any time with one month\u2019s notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nTermination must be in written form (e.g., by email) or via the legally<br \/>\nrequired termination button on the website.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Special_Circumstances_Illness\"><\/span>6. Special Circumstances (Illness)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\nIn the event of verified long-term illness or other serious and<br \/>\nunforeseeable circumstances preventing participation, the Provider<br \/>\nwill endeavor to find an amicable solution (e.g., pausing the course,<br \/>\ncredit). No general entitlement exists.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Refund_Policy\"><\/span>7. Refund Policy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>7.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>\nA full refund of all payments will be made if the Customer withdraws<br \/>\nfrom the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period according to<br \/>\nsection 2.2.\n<\/p>\n<h3>7.2 Provider-Related Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p>\nIf a teaching unit is cancelled for reasons attributable to the<br \/>\nProvider (see section 3.1), the Customer is entitled to a full<br \/>\nrefund of the fee for this unit if no replacement date is agreed.\n<\/p>\n<h3>7.3 No Entitlement to Refund<\/h3>\n<p>\nNo refund is provided in the following cases, in particular:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation of individual appointments by the Customer less than 24 hours before the start.<\/li>\n<li>No-show by the Customer at the agreed appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Technical problems on the Customer\u2019s side (e.g., unstable internet, faulty hardware).<\/li>\n<li>After the start of contract execution, if the Customer agreed to the early expiration of their right of withdrawal (see section 2.3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.4 Refund Processing<\/h3>\n<p>\nRefunds are always processed via the same payment method used for<br \/>\nthe original booking.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Final_Provisions\"><\/span>8. Final Provisions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\nShould individual provisions of these T&#038;Cs be or become invalid,<br \/>\nthis does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<br \/>\nThe statutory provisions shall apply instead of the invalid provisions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions (T&#038;Cs) for Online Courses Effective date: 02.08.2025 1.
